So what is Toni's Tonics?

Sometimes the most interesting discoveries happen when you're not looking for them.

Our journey with Cola Kraut began when visiting a local farm in Amsterdam. As someone who had always enjoyed making fun drinks, Toni quickly began working with the plant. It blew our minds that something so delicious was not more widely known.

As we worked more with the plant, we wanted to share it with more people, creating naturally low sugar, caffein free drinks, so that they aren't only good for you but you can also share a glass with your little ones.

We find it incredibly important that Toni's Tonics stands for more than just delicious flavours, we want to have a positive impact on the planet. That is why 5% of our revenue will go towards friendly farming practices. We want to encourage farmers working with permaculture & regenerative practices to help our soils and our biodiversity.

  • While we are not a charity, we believe that giving back is not negotiable. By committing 5% of our sales to friendly farming practices, we support quality and the landworkers who grow our food. While there are many important causes, farming is something we just can’t live without.

  • There are 30,000 edible plants, and we mainly consume 30; that leaves a whole lot of edible plants that we don't widely use. Our mission is to highlight the valuable potential which many plants have. Cola Kraut, for example, is not widely consumed. This way, we increase the biodiversity of nature but also the diversity of the food we eat!

  • Biodiversity is hugely important to the health of our planet. It helps support a resilient and healthy nature, creating a balanced network of plants, insects, animals and us!
